$8.99/month or $67/year
1099Pal keeps your ledger on this device. There is no account. The price is $8.99/month or $67/year.
The tax profile, platforms, payouts, trips, hours, and location settings are stored in this browser. 1099Pal does not run an account system and does not keep a copy of that ledger on a 1099Pal server.
A backup file is JSON you save yourself. On a phone, Save backup file opens the share sheet so you can put that file in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud Drive, or Box. Where the share sheet is not available, the same button downloads the file. Restoring reads a file you pick. 1099Pal does not receive that file.
Direct backup, when a provider is connected, writes one file named 1099pal-backup-ledger.json into the app folder for Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. The sign-in token stays on this device, in a separate store from the ledger, and is not included in the backup file. Google access is limited to files this app creates. Dropbox and OneDrive access is limited to the app folder.
Location is used only after you turn tracking on, and only to record a trip you start. Coordinates stay on this device with the rest of the ledger.
No bank login. No gig-app passwords. Nothing to break.
A bank or card statement is a file you pick: CSV, OFX, QFX, or a text-based PDF. Parsing happens on this device. 1099Pal never asks for a bank password or a gig-app password. The helper answers from the ledger already on this device and does not send the question over the network.
Questions go to Help. That opens your mail app. It does not create an account.
1099Pal shows estimates for planning. It is not tax advice, it is not a CPA, and it does not file a return. You are responsible for what you report.
The federal figures follow the 2026 rules built into the app, including self-employment tax, the standard deduction, and the federal brackets. The simplified qualified business income deduction is 20% when taxable income before that deduction is at or below the 2026 threshold, and it is capped at 20% of that taxable income. Above the threshold it is left out. The $400 minimum is not applied. State tax is a labeled planning estimate and leaves out credits, local tax, and most exemptions. Commuting miles are not deducted. A trip to a cancelled shift is treated as deductible. Hours you clock are for your own pay rate and are not a deduction.
The price is $8.99/month or $67/year. Mileage totals and exports are included. A future paid cloud backup is not offered here and is not something you can buy from this screen.
1099Pal is $8.99/month or $67/year. Mileage totals and every export stay available. There is no account, no export fee, and no extra charge to see a mileage total. A future optional cloud backup, if ever offered, is a separate choice.
